need to find a surgeon in the South East with experience

I live in northwest alabama-----looking to find a highly skilled surgeon in alabama------mississippi------tennessee area------can anyone please help-------most surgeons i can find have very little data concerning lap band since it appears to be a recent advent in this area...i weight 407 pounds and am a high risk due to CHF---therefore wish to find a doc who has dealt with really big folks before----Thanks
