Pain where I used to have a belly button

Hi everyone! I am 3 3/4 years post surgery and had a tummy tuck over 2 years ago. Before I had my tummy tuck I had a rather large apron and would often experience deep belly button pain. I no longer have that belly button but the past couple of days I am experiencing that familiar pain in the same area. The pain seems to travel down the right side of my bladder. Anyway, has anyone else ever experienced this and what do you think it is? I welcome any comments on my situation. Thank you!
