Breast Size. Maybe a stupid question, but.....

I don't seem to be your typically shaped obese female. Somehow, the boobie fairy skipped over my house and forgot to give me some. My breasts are actually quite small. I wear a 44 B barely (try finding a bra that size in a department store). Most overweight women I see have rather large breast. I know most after WLS lose weight in their breasts and end up requiring a breast lift or something. I am afraid of losing my breast all together. Once I get skinny, will I be completely flat chested too??? I am interested in anyone's comments on this. Thanks
