Incisional pain just won't go away

I am 7 weeks post op (open rny) and have burning incisional pain, especially around my waist area. It's pretty good in the mornings, but by mid-afternoon it starts burning and doesn't stop until the next morning. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to stop this pain? THANKS!!
