I need OTR pain relief immediately..plzzz!

PLeaseeeeeeeee!! Can someone tell e a pain medication OTR that will relieve my menstrual cramps. I tried Tylenol for adults and it was so sweet I dumped yesterday and still am sick to my stomach today. My stomach has been unhappy every since I took that stuff and it didnt help my cramps but a second. Today I crushed up two tylenol and that helped a minute. I usually take advill constantly the first full day of my period but my doctor says no Nsaids. I am in pain and my stomach is feeling sick, this is a very painful period, please help!
