I'm missing some vitamins and minerals, any suggestions?

HI everyone. I'm hoping you guys can help me. I've been tracking my nutrition on Fitday and according to it I'm not meeting my nutritional needs. I'm regularly short on Vitamin K, Selenium, Phosphorus and sometimes Magnesium. I've changed my calcium citrate to calcium citrate w/ magnesium and D. I need to try and find a good chewable multi that has the other 3 in it. Does any one have any suggestions? Thanks.
