Dr. Fisher is a provider, but insurance has no contract with his hospital, Bc Bs Fed Emp,nv

Help, I found Dr. Fisher in Las Vegas Nevada. He is a provider on my insurance plan. When I called them I was told that BCBS doesn't have a contract with the hospital they use. Am, I at the end of my rope. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Rhonda
