Some insurance companies offer WLS coverage in some policies, but not in others

Recently, a list of insurance companies that cover WLS was published through this liist service Insurance companies could care less whether an insured gets a DS procedure. All they care about is whether the subscriber has paid for a policy that covers WLS. It is like buying car insurance. You have the option of buying uninsured driver insurance or not. If you buy it, the insurance company pays for uninsured driver damage. If you do not buy it, the insurance company will not pay for it In the long run, it is the entity who buys the insurance that determines what the coverage is, not the insurance company. They will be happy to sell you any type of insurance you want, if your policy costs. The fact than an insurance company paid for a WLS for one person dos not mean it will pay for another person. It strictly depends on whether uninsured driver/WLS was purchased in the policy.
