Does anyone know if BTC in Michigan does lap rny, or only open rny.

I haven't had a second consult yet, but I have been told that the Michigan BTC only does OPEN rny, and doesn't offer lap rny. Has anyone out there had a LAP ryn at the BTC in Ypsilanti, Michigan?
