Has anyone had conference call with their insurance?

My insurance denied me for the 2nd time. They just told me that tomorow at 9:30 they will have a conference call with me , 3 of their doctors, 2 nutritionist and the doctor in charge of appeals and grievances. Is this a trial without jury or what? Has this happened to anyone else with Health Net insurance?
