Anyone gone through obesitylaw.com?

Has anyone used Mr. Lindstrom in obtaining approval? If so, how does he work do you pay up front? Does he tell you if you even have a case and no charge is given if not? Are you billed once approval is given? Half now Half when approval? Help!!!!!
