Can eating salad cause Dumping?

I need to know what is going on when with my body when the dumping occurs. Do I have to stay away from liquids when I am going through it. Its awful, many trip to the bathroom. I also feel awful for the next few hours. This has happened at least 10 times since my RNY in August. I try to be really careful what I eat. I need to hear from others that have expieranced it and am looking for advise.
