I would love to try to chat with you fine people... but I am on webtv????

I tried the chat feature and found out that people like me with webtv can not chat. So since I have to suffer with webtv for now (my hard drive died a while ago) is there any other way to chat? Do people go to any other chat forums? How can I chat wih you??? Thanks a lot. BTW the one chat I do know webtv supports is talk city. Anyone ever go there?
