Has anyone tried the liquid vit/min

I've been preparing for my RNY surgery in August and am searching for a good multi vitamin/mineral supplement in liquid form. I came across a product called "BODY BALANCE" by LifeForce and was wondering if any post-ops had used it? It's rather pricey, but the ingredients sound like something that would be beneficial to WLS patients, particularly in the early weeks after surgery when it might be difficult to swallow pills. Anyone out there tried it? Is it any good, or just expensive snake oil?
