I am 1000 miles from home and need some help

Hi friends. Once again I am turning to you for advice. I had my rny on Aug 1. Have been doing so well after an endoscopy. We are now on vacation and I am once again having trouble eating. It makes me feel sick again. My main concern is a stabbing pain under my left breast. I didn't have this pain the last time scar tissue closed my stomach exit hole. Has anyone ever had this pain when you get up or move or cough? I am a little concerned but don't want to leave for home early if I don't have to. I thank you already for your answers.
