Was wondering if anyone else has this type of pain?

I have been having severe pain right underneath my lest breast bone and on the side of my rib cage area. i am now 4 mths. post-op and sometimes the pain is so unbearable that I can't even catch my breath at times beacause it hurts soooo bad!!!. I thought it could be just some inflammation of the rib cartlige, but now I am not for sure, Do any of you have been having the same kind of pain and know what it might be? The pain also radiates to my back at times too. Thankyou
