Why Am I Having Pain at Only One Incision Site ?

I am 1 week post-op from LAGB surgery. I had an umbilical hernia repaired and my gallbladder removed at the same time. I have 7 incisions on my abdomen. Most of the incisions are sore, but no longer hurt. There is an incision under my left breast and it feels like there's a knot at the incision site. When I press it, it feels hard? Does anyone know what this is from ? Should I be concerned? The other incision sites are fine.
