I need help!!!!!!!!!1

Hi, I am now a year postop form rny and just about an hour or two ago I started haing this sever pain in my lower left side radiating towards my abdomen area, I was constipated earlier, but then had a bm, now the pain is so severe and I took a daravcet and still nothing it seems to go away for a minute then I get this sharp stabbing pain all over again! what could this possibly be? thanks so much for your responses, should I go to the ER?
