now what?

I just got a denial letter. What a blow !I waited 3months for this letter.I have been crying all day! this is something I wanted so bad ! Both my doctors said i was a good canidate.I think this is a very trying period for anyone who is trying to get approved,Right now I feel like my hopes and dreams were thrown out the window just like every other time you hope this may be the diet that will help I was so pepared for a approvel. What is next can you go to a secondary insurance or do i have wait and go for a appeal? down and blue but looking for silver stitches lol lisa
