I have been having extreme back pain for this past 4 days, I am 3 weeks post-op

My back pain is so bad that I have to use pain medicene to help, but even this does not totally relieve it. Went to the walk in clinic, because I thought it might be my kidneys. But all they found was that I was severally Dehydrated. This pain is a constant and feels like presure and burning. If anyone has any suggestions PLEASE send them my way.
