LOWER RIGHT SIDE BACK PAIN/NAUSEAU/DRY HEAVES

Has anyone had any experience with lower right side back pain??? Around the rib cage and lower... I do not have my gallbladder, it was removed several years ago. Also have been nauseauted, and have had dry heaves a couple times in the past few days. I had been taking all my meds in the morning on a empty stomach, but called the doctor and they told me to stop and to eat and spread the meds out. I seem to really feel bad after I've taken my multi vitamin with Iron????? any ideas would be appreciated.
