3 1/2 years post op - bad abdominal pain....

I started at 260 5'6" and have been bouncin' between 180-200 for about two years...losing weight is such a struggle for me...even if I follow the pouch rules... I've never had any problems with my bowels since my surgery (or even before) until about a two months ago. I ended up getting really bad abdominal cramps - sometimes it was the point of putting my in tears and I could not stand up straight. Well it passed after a few days...and I was good and now for the past couple weeks i've been struggling with having bad abdominal cramps again, constipation, and burping a lot. Right now I feel so miserable, I can't even stand up straight. I have had no complications since my surgery...and i'm not even sure if this is caused by it...but was wondering if anyone has had the same symptoms. I still have my gall bladder... my surgery was an open RNY...Thanks....
