Searching for a Support Group

I am about 9 weeks out from open RNY (gall bladder removed.) My recovery has been amazing. This afternoon I started to have pain in my abdomen, about six inches above my belly button. It also "feels" different when I press on each side of my incision. Should I wait and see if it gets better or go to the ER. I've never been one to run to the doctor, but now I just don't know what to do. Thanks
