Has anyone had success getting around an insurance exclusion like the one below?

This is how the exclusion in our policy is worded; has anyone been able to get past an exclusion of this type? Health Services and associated expenses for the surgical treatment and non-surgical, medical treatment of obesity(including morbid obesity) are excluded. Thanks, Fitz
