Is anyone aware of financial aid for self-payers?

I am 530lbs and BMI 81. I have been denied by my insurance carrier twice and my attorney says the ins. co. will win in this district of the federal court if we sue. My employer is replacing the insurance co. next year, so the argument that it is cheaper to pay for WLS than to pay for treatment of comorbidities won't work. I am a teacher and single mother of three children and cannot afford to self-pay. Does anyone know of any philantrophic group or individual who will pay for my surgery? My children and my students need me!
