Dr. Brems-Loyola Hospital Maywood, IL

I was recently approved for surgery having Dr.Brems as my surgeon. I initially saw him and his assistant which is a new doctor who will also be performing the surgery, August the 11. I got my approval letter last weekend in the mail and was wondering what is going to happen next. I have IL Medicaid as my insurance provider. HELP God Bless
