Is their Exclusion really so

I read through my exclusion and it is the standard exclusion: "Treatment of obesity, including surgery and its complications, services and supplies connected with weight loss or weight control. This exclusion applies even if you also have an illness or injury which might be helped by weight loss." I noticed however that it does not say "MORBID OBESITY". I found another of their plans that lists both: Obesity/Morbid Obesity. Obviously they recognize the difference. Does anyone know or have you tried that angle? I am ready for a fight, but it doesn't look good!!
