Anyone get approved from AETNA PPO through AT&T employer ?

I am going through my dad's insurance and would like a surgery date for the summer because I am in college. has anyone had problems or success with aetna and AT&T. I am still young, so do not have very bad co-morbidities, i want to make sure i am approved the first time! Thanks
