how do you not lose the faith

I started at 247 on Dec. 13th and as of April 14th, I am down to 185. I spent 5 days walking 8 hours a day in Orlando, but nothing dropped. I don't fee as if I am being on track or successful. Maybe I need menu ideas, I just don't know what to try at this point. I go for intense workouts 2x a week, and I walk a lot the other days. I eat protein first, drink more than I did preop, but really, aren't I going to be crowned as the Queen Bee of slow losers? Please help.
