Anyone have bcbs federal ppo refuse to pay because they had 150cm's bypassed?

I have heard a little about this on here. The lady who handles the ins. end at my surgeon's says she hasn't heard of any problems like that. My surgeon only does the 150 cm rny bypass. She said they have handled other patients with this same ins. My surgery is Feb. 5th and this has me a little worried. Please put my mind at ease. Thanks
