Pain at surface of incision

Hi. I'm 4 months post-op and having pesky pain at the skin level of my incision from time to time. It almost feels like stretch mark pain. If I wear a binder or all-in-one it seems to help. Has anyone else experienced this? What's the deal? Thanks.
