Missed a payment. COBRA Cancelled. Surgery Scheduled, advice needed!

I Have Cobra And Missed My April Payment. My Surgery Is May 12th And I Know I Have To Have The Money To Pay All The Way Till The End Of June. After Months Of Agony And My Surgery Date Being Cancelled 3 Times, My Day Is Almost Here. I Got A Letter Today Saying They Cancelled My Insurance! Does Any One Know How Flexible Cobra Is About Reinstating Your Policy?
