What should I do?

My insurance company has denied my visit to borad certified surgeron who is out of network but said I can go to see a general surgeron who is in network. I plan to appeal this decession and need all the help I can get. Please e-mail me at rebhill63@gateway.net if you have any suggestions. My company tells me this is the first appeal to John Deere and has no advice.
