Post Op Pancreatitis and/or Hernins- Anyone Else?

Just had an upper endoscopy yesterday and the doc that performed it thinks I may have pancreatitis. Had lap rny 08/01 (reached my goal!!) then developed a fistula between my pouch and old stomach 10/02 which I had re-stapled. The endo for the fistula showed my pouch was really dark red and swollen. The endo yesterday shows that my pouch is ok but my upper intestine is dark red and swollen. I know I've been checked for pancreatitis and my wls surgeon thinks I may have an internal hernia. Has anyone ever had one of these? I'm in a lot of pain (abdominal) and have bouts of constipation. Any help is appreciated...thanks
