Does anyone know about American Medical Security (read more)

The company is American Medical Security, the Network is PHCS. The only exclusion listed is "any weight loss method". They do NOT have an obesity or morbid obesity exclusion. Also they do NOT exclude the surgery or any gastric surgery. Any help???
