Cigna - FL - Panniculectomy. Has anyone in Florida used Cigna for a Panniculectomy post op?

We may be moving to Orlando and I'm still in the losing stages of post op and want to wait till I've lost all my weight to have my panniculectomy. Insurance in Florida would be Cigna. I have a couple concerns. I had my original surgery with United Health Care here in Houston with no problems of them paying so I'm concerned that Cigna might put up a fuss since it was done before we changed jobs and insurances. Also how do they pay? Are they hard to work with. My understanding is the company offers to Cigna plans and a Prudential PLUS program? Anyone have any ideas about Prudential Plus?? TIA for your help.
