Is this pain cuz of gas?

help me please, im so concerned. im 6 days post op and all liquids hurt, it seems at night and it might be gas im taking anti gas pills(chewing thouroughly) and never consume more than about a 1/4 cup of liqid per meal lasting about 10-15 minutes or more to consume. i had my gall bladder out with my open rny but the pain is similar to pre op gall bladder pain. i feel like i need to-de gas .does all this sound normal? im burping alot all the time. how would i know if gas efects the surg integrity staple line, stome etc. help help help, it feel like it might almost be normal just bad gas. help :{
