Hi, In preparation of my surgery, I have bought a set of the Tubberware midget set.They are marked with 1 oz, 1 1/2 oz, and 2 oz. I also had a scale that has oz markings on it from a past diet.(weight watcher)And then I'm just going to use my measuring cups also and measring spoons.Leslie
