Today I got on the scales and had reached one of my goals which was 100 lbs. lost. I was pretty excited, I am already 2/3 of the way there, and only have a little more ways to go!!!! This was the best decision of my life!!!!

Well just a little update on what has been going on in my life. We have moved to Oregon, and so things have been so hectic and I regret that I haven't been able to keep a journal of the weight I have lost...But at this moment in time I am down 96 lbs. and in an XL shirt and pants, which I have'nt been in a long time. I am feeling good, but am starting to lose my hair, so I have really been kicking in the protein and am hoping that this will work, because I am starting to get discouraged. I am good about taking my vitamins, but it has been hard for me to get my protein in everyday. But I found a great shake and also some vitamins for my hair, so we will see!!! I am a happy girl!!! My husband won't keep his hands off of me, and that is taking a little to get used to, but I kind of like it... That's all new for now on this end...
