Lynda, I am wishing you a successful surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my Open RNY on 12/10/01 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not having it done several years sooner. It really was the best thing I could have possibly done for myself. God bless you as you cross over to a new, healthier life.

2/25/02 well it's 2 days before surgery and tomorrow am starts the wonderful bowel prep. so looking forward to spending the day in the bathroom. not really nervous about having the surgery. more scared about the nursing care in the hospital after the procedure. will get back for a follow up after surgery
