Happy 5 month Anniversary fellow 10/31/03er! I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. RNY 10/31/03 down 81 pounds today!!! Who would have thought we could have come this far in such a short period of time!!!

Hi Tina ~ I will be one week ahead of you for surgery with Dr. Hutcher on Friday the 24th at 4:15PM. I will be at Henrico-Forest Hospital. I am sure we are both more then likely having the same feelings of nervous excitement. In my prayers I ask that you have a safe and successful weightloss journey. I have peace in my heart that all will go well for us all.
