Janna - Thanks for updating your profile page, it really helps us pre-ops to be able to follow in your shoes! Congratulations on your great weight loss and HOORAY for you for staying away from the Dr. Pepper! (Half of my family live in Texas-and I know how you Texans like your Dr. Pepper!) From everything I've read - it's the major cause of failure for those who've had WLS. (I have a close friend who had surgery and originally lost 90 pounds and has gained 30 of it back. I think it's because of the carbonated beverages stretching her stomach.) I pray that everything continues well for you! May God bless!

Janna, You have done so wonderful with your weightloss! The last 35 pounds will be gone before you know it! Hopefully I will meet you at Dr. Hall's next monthly support meeting. I will be a new postie then! I can't wait!! See you soon!
