Hi there, Leda, You are doing just fine, I understand what you are talking about, I tell ya, if some one asks me what did I do,I'd have to tell them I have no idea. it drops off when it wants to I guess. sometimes I will not loss for weeks then before you know it in a day or two I would loss 3,4 or 5 lbs, I have no idea what is happening. so I guess we just follow what we have been doing and don't stop. LOL you take care and try to hang in there.**Hugs**
