Hello everyone! Just took the time to read over all the well wishes. I want to thank everyone for being so nice and praying for me and my father when we needed it. As for the update on me. My weight is now 131! Never thought I would see numbers like that again. When I first had surgery I couldn't walk or do anything for the first 4-5 months and the weight was melting off. Now my dr. is sending in info for a tummy tuck. I hope I get it cuz' looking in the mirror when naked is very scary!! LOL. I am able to eat pretty good now. I feel like I'm eatting all the time. I can't eat alot at one sitting, but now I eat more times in the day. I really need to try and stop, but I still can't stop thinking about food. I don't get my protein in just in what I eat. At first I was loseing hair then I was eatting more protein and it stopped. My hair is not coming out, but I think I could do better on thr protein. I hate the shakes they are gross. I think over all I do ok, but there is always room for me to better myself. I have not been on here in forever, maybe talking with people from here will help me to stop and do better. Thanks for reading. Angel Szukalski

I am doing very well. It has almost been a year and I am now down from 162 to 140. Life is good I love it. I went to the dells and my family had to tell me to stop going down the tubes cuz' they wanted to do something else. It was a blast! The first time down I was scared. Now I can't wait till we go to Six Flags. Happy days! God bless everyone.

In all things Remember, that the one above loves you, that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you, that you be given strength, endurance, love, peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room, know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Happy soon to be ReBirthday.

ANGEL~When you wonder what is coming....tell yourself that the best is coming....the very best that life and love have to offer.... the best that God and His Universe have to send....Then open your hands to receive it.....It's yours.
