I'M BACK! It's about 3:00am and I'm walking for a couple of minutes...drinking a bit and will be headed back to bed...I think. The surgery went very well...I'm SOOOO glad it's over. Michelle Turner did awesomely well...and I'm thankful that she and I were there to support each other. Now...the easy part...getting back in action! Thanks for all of your prayers and support. You can't know how much I appreciate it. I'll update later.

I have not had the opportunity to speak with Cindy myself yet but will make an extra effort to reach her today. If she's on schedule, she should be getting her NG tube removed sometime today and will be allowed to enjoy one of those delicious "mini meals" we all grew to appreciate while in the hospital. She and Michelle Turner have been burning up the hallways so, hopefully, they should both be released on Friday. I'll post again after I talk with Cindy.
