Melissa, check out the "finding a surgeon page". I am going thru Holzer in Galipollis (with Dr Canaday, his page is new and incomplete but been doing these for a while). They another surgon too for this. But they also have Dr Denning and Dr Goldman in Huntington and several in Ky....at our support group a lot have used a Dr Pack? I think he is out of kingsdaughters?
