Since then it has grown to include Dr. Nirav Naik a general surgeon/ bariatric surgeon/ vascular surgeon & Dr. John Garcia also a general surgeon & bariatric surgeon. Our P.A. is Kristin Scott, who specializes in general medicine and general surgery with surgical assisting privileges. BAKERSFIELD SURGICAL ASSOCIATES is a leader in state of the art Laparoscopic surgery and the only Bariatric Surgical group in Bakersfield. We have gained the distinction of being a CENTER OF EXCELLENCE by Blue Cross, Blue Shield and a number of other healthcare providers.     had my surgery on 3/8/12... he's a great Dr and wonderful surgeon... so good my wife chose him to do her surgery in the near future... would recommend him if your in the Bakersfield, ca area
