He is also a faculty member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS), as well as an international expert and thought leader in the field of Laparoscopic and Minimally Invasive Surgery.     On April 19, 2011 I had a VSG by Dr. Cirangle. I felt and still feel that he is a fantastic, skilled surgeon and I was so glad that I found him to do my surgery.
