She's yet another one from Pennsylvania.  She grew up there, graduated from Penn State, and enjoys traveling, hiking, and doing various outdoor stuff with her dog (Moose).  On picture day, she opted for something that was not black and sleeveless, providing needed evidence (to Dr. Fitzer's relief) that such is not our uniform.
