Laura Castro Dietitian / Nutritionist Nutritionist

Laura is the head bariatric nutritionist for Stop Obesity. She is responsible to guide and define a customized pathway to ensure a healthy and balanced weight loss for every bariatric patient.   Laura speaks Spanish and is fluent in English. She has extensive experience in working with pre and post-op patients of bariatric surgery. She has participated as head of the Nutrition Department in public and private hospitals in Mexico and through her career has given many courses and workshops on Nutrition for Doctors, Nurses and Private Schools.
